The Eddie Basha Collection is hosting the AJ’s Fine Foods Winter Wine Spectacular event on Sunday, December 6 from 12:00 – 3:00 pm at the Zelma Basha Salmeri Gallery located at 22402 Basha Rd., Chandler, AZ.
Wine lovers and foodies are invited to sample more than 50 different wines, along with food tastings and pairing concepts ideal for holiday entertaining and gift giving – all while experiencing one of the largest privately owned collections of contemporary Western American and American Indian art.
Participants can also buy raffle tickets for a chance to win a beautiful holiday wreath crafted by the AJ’s Team. All ticket sales and raffle proceeds benefit the Adelante Foundation.
Tickets are $50 and are available for purchase at the Wine Cellar in any AJ’s Fine Foods location.
The Adelante Foundation
Since its inception in 1999, the Adelante Foundation has granted scholarships for over 300 Arizona students attending community colleges, universities and institutions of higher learning. The foundation continues to support programs that promote a healthy and educated Arizona community for all of its children, families and adults.

The Eddie Basha Collection
The Eddie Basha Collection is one of the largest privately owned collections of contemporary Western American and American Indian art. The collection contains over 3,500 pieces, each personally acquired by Arizona businessman, education advocate, philanthropist and one-time gubernatorial candidate, the late Eddie Basha.
The collection can be seen at the at the Zelma Basha Salmeri Gallery of Western American and American Indian Art located at 22402 S. Basha Road, Chandler, Arizona 85248. The gallery is typically open Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. It’s recommended that visitors call the information line at 480-895-5230 (press option 2) to make sure the gallery is open prior to visiting. Admission is free.
